Refund Policy

Fullstackwebsites.com provides custom website design and development services. Due to the nature of digital services, the following refund policy applies:

No Refund After Work Begins

All payments are non-refundable once work has started, including design drafts, development setup, or resource allocation.

Deposits

  • A non-refundable deposit is required to initiate any project.
  • This deposit covers onboarding, planning, and initial work.

Milestone Payments

  • Projects may be divided into milestones.
  • Once a milestone is completed and delivered, the related payment is non-refundable.

Eligible Refund Cases

Refunds may only be granted if:

  • The project has not started, and
  • A refund request is made within 48 hours of payment

Client Delays

No refunds will be issued if the client fails to:

  • Provide required content, access, or feedback
  • Respond within a reasonable timeframe (typically 7–14 days)

Revisions

  • Revisions are provided as per the agreed package
  • Refunds will not be issued due to dissatisfaction if revisions have been offered

Third-Party Costs

All third-party expenses (domains, hosting, plugins, APIs, etc.) are non-refundable

Project Cancellation

  • Clients may cancel at any time
  • No refunds will be issued for completed or ongoing work

Chargebacks

Clients agree to contact us before initiating any dispute. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in:

  • Immediate service termination
  • Submission of proof to Stripe to contest the dispute
